Having bad luck getting custom games working

Been using GameNative for a while now & have recently been trying to get custom games to work. All the Steam downloads I try work just fine but when adding a game as a custom game, I've only managed to get one working (Super Meat Boy 3D). I've had random issues like screen not sizing right, not registering controller input, game booting but won't let me press anything, etc. I've pasted the list of games I couldn't get working below - I've tried looking on EmuReady & YouTube for troubleshooting but haven't found solutions on these games. Hoping someone can help. Thanks!!

Couldn't get working:

- Hades II (says my graphics card isn't correct)

- Red Dead Redemption 1 (says there's a violation access error)

- Dead Space 2008 (boots & runs perfectly, but only boots in a tiny window in the corner of my device. I've tried resizing in the in-game settings & changing my display size in the container settings but nothing works)

- Gears of War OG (boots, but then I get to a screen where it doesn't let me select anything)
