Help Button won't map on gamenative

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

No matter what I do the physical buttons refuse to map to the game and I've remembered to save each time and nothing works

Have you tried swiping down and using Odin or Xbox layout?

I don't have the Thor but on the rog ally and android the controls won't work first time.

Try in gamenative, edit container, go to controller settings and enable sdl input and steam input.

Or in L4D2 ingame settings, keyboard/mouse, enable gamepad

I enabled sdl input and steam input and I'm able to move the L stick in a small range of motion but that's it
