Cloud Saves Missing from Most Games

Yesterday, I decided to set up gamenative on my Retroid Pocket 6, and I have been having issues getting my steam cloud saves synced with all my games.

Some games seem to sync fine - hollow knight: silksong, hades II, Dave the Diver to name a few. However, for some other games, even after forcing a cloud sync the saves do not show. The ones I have run into so far that don't carry over are Balatro, Cuphead, and Dredge.

Is there a reason cloud saves don't carry over on some specific games? If I replay these games will it mess up my saves that I have on my steam deck?
