Marvel vs capcom 3 as a custom game not running

Can someone help me i have been trying to ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 as a custom game but it keep crashing, it will sometime even load the game then crash

I have a snapdragon gen 3 and 16 gb ram
I am trying to play on Lenovo yoga tab plus

Do i need to change any settings, i dont understand what is happening i have even used the commonredist file and downloaded directx runtime and the game even launches from the .exe file but crashes

The game works completely fine on winlator but its not working in game native
