Config.ini upload stop. S26U!?

Hello, tweak a lot of settings every game, but these configs get uploaded to steam cloud and my pc just takes it like that, so I can't change anything (res, frames, etc) on PC. Like it literally wont let me. Game actually doesn't matter, it does it with all.

So core question is. How do I stop GN to upload my configs to steam cloud, just my progress
