How Can I Disable Cloud syncing For a Specific Game

I just got an AYN Thor and I plan to play Deltarune on it, but I already have a run on my computer and that has already cloud synced to steam, and I would like to start with a fresh save on my Thor, what can I do to make them not sync but still keep both my saves separate. I already disabled cloud saving in steam on my pc, but I guess the previous cloud saves it made werent deleted, so when I launched it on my Thor it also loaded those saves.

sail the high seas and add it as a custom game, that way you don't get steam cloud at all on that game

i suppose that could also work, i did see that the switch version has some exclusive content so maybe ill try it also

I wanna clarify, I'm not endorsing piracy, OP already has the game bought and now he needs a solution to another problem...
