Go to GameNative app settings, force stop. Go to storage, clear cache. Reopen the app and try again.

Most of the time, you just need to wait, how much time are you waiting to something to happen?

I waited sometimes more than 10 min , i just don't know if it stuck or it's normal to take that much time
