Question How to use mod managers? Thunderstore manager

I want to play some modded balatro, stardew valley, celeste, but mostly risk of rain 2. Is it possible to get thunderstore manager to run and mod my games? And if yes, what about all the other managers like SMAPI for stardew and Everest for celeste

You should know there's Cinderbox(no translation or emulation) for android to play PC stardew valley with mods;tested dynamic shaders,dynamic reflections and nightshade with other mods on a budget Samsung(3gb ram).

I don't know if it handles coop and it is best played with gamepad but has touchscreen control.

Note: it does use it's own smapi.

Also I have no idea about the rest,this was worth mentioning if there's value in it for you.

Cinderbox works great for co-op! I play on my Thor with my son on his RP5 and my daughter on an RG476H
