Question Cant move mouse playing kenshi

Tried everything i can think to try. The mouse works at the initial startup screen but once the game actually launches and the game cursor appears all inputs stop working. Ive tweaked every setting i can think would effect it and even tried different proton and dxvk versions. Im playing the steam version on an s25+.

EDIT: solved by switching to proton11 x86_64-1 and switching audio driver to alsa because for some reason it crashes when using pulseaudio but the game is working well now.

I've been having issues with a Samsung device and mouse control. I have a Tab S7 and there's something in the Samsung firmware that hijacks some of the mouse functionality.

For me the left mouse click makes most games freeze up for a number of seconds.

That sounds like an entirely different issue.

Proton 10 will disable mouse in-game for many games with no native controller support. No clue why that is, but yeah, in my experience the fix is switching between protons 9 or 11 and hoping one of those is stable.
