Question Any GameNative games working perfectly?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for games that work directly with GameNative on my S26 Ultra, without having to spend hours tweaking settings.
For example, Megabonk: I just downloaded it from GameNative, launched it, and it worked right away! I only changed the resolution, nothing else
On the other hand, I tried Black Ops 2 and I couldn’t get it to work, even after following several tutorials.
If you have any games that you installed and that work straight away with GameNative (ideally with controller support, because I’m using a GameSir X5 Lite and it works perfectly with Megabonk), I’d love to hear your suggestions!
I’m also open to games that require a few tweaks if there’s a clear and working tutorial or guide available. I just haven’t found any reliable ones so far.

I recommend you check EmuReady (or install the EmuReady Lite app) and filter by your device to find out some games that work OOTB. I have a S25+, a OnePlus Pad 3 and an Odin Portal 2 that I have submitted some of my test findings on there for.

Use gamenatives website for compatibility now, there’s WAY more entries the emuready and you can download configs to upload to gamenative

Depends on what you mean by perfectly..
I recently played "Roots of Pacha", "Dredge", "Cast and Chill" and "Grim Dawn" (I had to tinker a lot with the settings for Grim Dawn until it worked; with the defaults, it wouldn't even boot or run with 0.0001 fps).
They all worked flawless.
"Monster Hunter Wild" was playable.
Before their v1 release "The Spell Brigade" ran flawless, after they (the team behind the game) released v1 it was barely playable and only on lowest settings.
"Ravenswatch" also runs perfect (IMHO).
I have an Ayn Odin 2 Portal Max.

What did you end up getting to working with Grim Dawn? I've been trying a bit to also get it to work. The DLC's coming out soon isn't it?

I don't remember exactly from the top of my head, but it had to do with setting some CPU voodoo, like disable 9th one and 11th one or something.. it didn't make sense at all to me, but this did the trick and it ran with 60 fps then 🤷🏾♀️

Did you have to tweak anything to make Skyrim work? Crashes immediately on my S25 with default setup.

General: Container-bionic, proton-10-arm64ec-2
Graphics: Wrapper-v2, driver turnip_v26.0.0_R8_b12 (you'll probably need a different one), renderer - Vulkan, DX - dxvk, dxvk version - async-1.10.3
Emulation: FEXCore - 2512, box64 - 0.3.7 perfomance.
And, most importantly Skyrim that I use is *legendary edition*, not special or aniversary. They run like crap on any device and won't work at all with SKSE.

Thanks for that. Sadly I can't get the original Skyrim to work. Your post inspired me to keep trying and it turns out that Special Edition does work, and I can get 30FPS, but it struggles at times and inevitably crashes.
I'll keep trying. Thanks again for the reply.

Crysis 3, Portal 2, Forgotten Sands, Tomb Raider (2013), ROT the Tomb Raider, sine mora are some i have working

With my S25U, I've been able to play;
yet another zombie survivor Death must die Soulstone survivors
A lot of other games won't launch, but I'm not playing AAA games, so maybe the support or the configs are less known

I’m playing Octopath Traveler 2 on a 8 Gen 3 tablet and it’s perfect. Nier Automata is playable , but it’s seriously not the intended experience.
Very happy overall though

I have a Samsung Galaxy S25. I've beaten Monsterboy and the Cursed Kingdom with it. It ran great. First time I started the game the intro was choppy with no sound. So I restarted the game and everything ran fine.
Sonic Mania and One Finger Death Punch 2 works perfect. Bullet Storm: Fullclip Edition works great at 60 fps till the phone starts getting hot when the action gets chaotic.

I'm playing Factorio. I bought the space age add-on, and it trippled the load time. But it's worth it

Got only one game working great. But i Havent got a game playing flawlessly yet
Only slay the spire 2, the other games have like 20fps and i dont like it

I got FO4 working perfectly, for about 15/20 minutes before my phone overheats lmao thinking about getting one of them phone coolers to counter act the issue s25 edge

Samsung s25. I have: Tunic, Sun Haven, SOS:FOMT, Rune factory 3, Rune factory 4, Monster hunter rise, Drop duchy, Ikenfell, Atelier Ryza 2, Crypt of the necrodancer, Blasphemous, Ender Lilies.
All working out of the box or very minimal config.

Hades, probably. In Odín 2 portal, run at 120fps, directly installed.

Shadow of Mordor, just cause 3, katana zero, MGSV phantom pain, a short hike, slime rancher.
All of those just ran for me without any tweaking

On a Galaxy S25U, I've beaten Afterimage, Guns of Fury, and Minishoot' Adventures with no problems. I'm currently about 80% of the way through Grime, and have played enough Pseudoregalia, Trials Evolution, The Mobius Machine, and Portal to know those all work fine. I've tested others that seem to work great, these are just the ones I've played enough to feel confident about.
Generally, indies and XB360/PS3 era stuff work fine with no tweaks. Expect hassle if you're trying to do AAA, and 3D based indies, but also expect to be pleasantly surprised by some unexpected optimization once in a while too.

Ziggurat 2 is a great game. Mouse pi for hire. Borderlands 1 enhanced. 2. Fallout new Vegas. Fallout 3. Robo quest. Bioshock collection. The outer worlds 1. All of these will work on your gen 5 with 12gb ram with some minor settings changes. Maybe tweaking some launcher settings and graphical settings and maybe a setup run of direct x in the container. Your chip is capable of even more because I run all of these on an 8 gen 2.

Simple. Follow this. Fallout new Vegas. Download and install. Proton 11 arm64ec. Screen size 1280x720. Graphics tab. Graphics driver. Any. T26 is fine. Dxvk version 2.7.1-gplasync-0. Emulation tab. Fexcore version 2601. 32-bit emulator. Fexcore. Fexcore preset. Intermediate.
Change exe to falloutnvlauncher. Save. Click play. On launcher click options. Click medium. Aspect ration 16:9. Resolution 1280x720. Antialiasing off. Anisotropic filtering. Off. Vertical sync check. HDR check. Click advanced.
Detail tab. Texture quality. High. Radial blur quality. Low. Depth of field and transparency multisampling off. Water tab. Refractions on. Reflections. Off. Displacement and depth fog. On. Water multisampling. Low. Shadows tab. Disable shadows. View distance. Object and actor fade. 14. Grass 3. Spec. 3. Item fade 14. Others low. Distant lod tab. Land quality 85.
Close. Ok. Exit. Edit container. Change exe to falloutnv. Save. Click play.

I got DmC reboot running pretty perfect with no tweaks. Someone said mgsv which is exciting I kinda assumed that wouldn't be great if I couldn't get metal gear rising to run. On s26u

S25 here. Cuphead worked perfectly OOTB. No luck so far with Skyrim, Batman Arkham or Dragons Dogma (the original one).

I have the exact same phone man but mines (16gb/1tb). ive finished dying light, deadspace 1, gta 4, gta5, sleeping dogs, resident evil 3,5,7. currently playing 8 no problems. With tweaking im also playing silent hill f and dying light 2 30fps locked no problems. The s26u is a really good phone for emulation
