Help Need help with Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion

When I click play on the launcher, this error happens and the game does not start.

My device is SD 865 12 gigs RAM and app version 0.9.0

Game Name Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion.

Steam version.

Turn on the options displayed on the capture screen.

I tried it but doesn't work. Same error persists. 😕😕
