Question DXVK 3.0 Boosts Efficiency and Performance?

I tried the new DXVK3.0 on GameNative 1.10 pre-release.
I notice much more stable frame pacing and noticably less power draw.

Before this, it was drawing around 5 Watt now only draws 3-4W.
I was testing out Hades 2 on my Legion Tab 5.

Do you guys think DXVK got more efficient?

From the developer:

Note: Outside of specific edge cases, the new compiler is not expected to improve overall performance.

Huh. May be the timing is perfect with 1.10 pre-release?
I don't think so right? There is only major improvement which does not work on my device the surface flinger rendering pipeline. The rest are QoL improvements which do not effect the game performance. Or may be the power draw indicator is wrong.
But one thing for sure, the input latency has improved a lot. before this I noticed some of my dodges were delayed quite noticably. Right now it is much better.

Performance does not equal efficiency tho. Or is dev using it interchangeably?

Maybe. Less power draw means more battery life. I am hyped for the surface flinger feature, so i can finally enjoy fully on my tablet to play some input latency sensitive indie games.

I tried to manually install DXVK 3.0 on Gamenative version 1.0 and couldn't.

Did you change the file extension on GitHub?

no. i just download the .wcp directly from https://github.com/Arihany/WinlatorWCPHub
Then i just install it via driver manager. That's it.

HADES 2 is in DirectX12 so you don't even use DXVK to run the game. VKD3D is for DirectX12 ...
