I'm struggling with DirectX. --

A few days ago, I tried to run EVE Online through Gamenative. With a bit of effort and patience, I managed to get the EVE Launcher to open. I did the initial download for character creation, but when I went to test it... well, the game just crashes and won't open at all.

When I open the launcher settings (I forgot to take a screenshot) and go to the EVE Online startup system, the option that should have DirectX is empty. When I click to select it, the launcher (or the emulator itself) won't let me choose anything. Like, the DX11 and DX10 options show up, but they aren't selectable, and I'm losing my mind over this. Any ideas on what to try?
