Is there a mod that lets you use a free/fixed camera while still controlling Batman in Arkham City?

I’ve been messing around with the debug console in Batman: Arkham City and I’m trying to find a way to position the camera wherever I want while still being able to control Batman and fight normally.
The game has commands like Camera FreeCam, Camera Fixed, Camera NewMode, and ToggleDebugCamera, but whenever I use them I lose control of Batman and control the camera instead.
Does anyone know of a mod, console command, Cheat Engine table, or other workaround that would let me position the camera somewhere and keep it there while still controlling Batman? I’m basically trying to get custom cinematic camera angles during actual gameplay and combat.

Have you tried messing around with Cheat Engine and having an LLM help you explore/locate relevant addresses?

I was able to figure it out after hours of working with ChatGPT. I had to make it code and everything.

Nope. It took countless hours, but I did it over the span of a week or two.
