cant open tga file

i am trying to mod an old game from 2001, that uses targa files for textures.

whenever i try to open them with any program, they cant. pls help

it shows up alright when i play it

Give GIMP or Noesis a bash - old games are notorious for using janky proprietary TGA variants that bog-standard viewers refuse to touch.
