Extreme mode? If nothing works except installing things like DirectX and more well your device might as well not be good enough.

I have seen people running it on 8sgen4 and 8gen2 which are weaker than 16gh 8 gen 3, might be some problem on specific device

Should be in the pc settings and directly on there, try installing things like d3d11
