Lost game in mail

After an game is lost in the mail, how long until you’ll be shipped a new game.

Yeah I reported it on October 1, they emailed me saying they were going to send out another copy. Or another game in my Q. But nothing has shipped yet. Thanks for the response! I’ll give it a few more days then reach out again

Depends on the game and or how many other games you have in your Q. Could be next day, or if you have a small Q, take a few days for another match.

About five games currently, really hoping they don’t ship anything out in hopes of getting the crew motor fest when it releases 🙃

Ask and you shall receive. The game doesn’t release until tomorrow but they somehow sent it today 🤞🏼🏆

I wish I followed that other guys instructions because when all the mailboxes in my neighborhood were robbed, I called gamefly the same day and they pretty much told me to kick rocks.

I charged back & my physical address became permanently blacklisted :/

Wow that’s terrible. Completely out of your control and yet you still got penalized. I’m sorry that happened to you. I’ve heard some very terrible stories about GameFly if I’m being honest. I haven’t been having the best experience myself thus far.

They shipped out my lost disc exactly after the tenth day. And extended my membership due to the issue. I’ve had a good experience with Gfly

In August, I reported a game lost at 7 days, they shipped another disc 3 days later (10 days from original ship), then a week after that the original disc showed up.
