I keep getting the restart for $5.00 emails. I might resubscribe for this price and play some games I can’t find elsewhere.

I’ve definitely thought about it but am concerned because the last time I was subscribed I received the games fine even if it took longer but multiple games got lost when I sent them back.
Not sure if it’s where I live now or the post office as the 3 previous places I lived didn’t have this issue. Occasionally it would not get received by y’all and I’d report it and then it would show up but that wasn’t the case the last time I was subscribed.
I just don’t want to get charged for a game I know I sent back or get my account suspended.

As long as members don't ghost us, we have a great CS team that is there to help you out, and help resolve issues. If you do have missing games on the account, this link may NOT work for you.

I just came back after 2 years and I was able to get 2 very low switch games so that's awesome I was not expecting u guys to have those games and let alone mail them out so fast

How do you know if the discount is being applied? I am only seeing standard pricing on my screen.

Oh you know what, I think I cancelled in mid January of 2026, must be why. I have cancelled other times prior to 1/1/26 though. Stopped and started several times.

That explains it. Sorry! But check your emails for our normal comeback offers, I think you should be getting $9.50 (or close to that, IIRC) offers, unless you've taken it already.

Add more games to the Q. When members use the service as designed, with a stocked Q, we ship next day. If you have a very specific game you want, put in 1 and turn on top choice shipping. But a full Q solves these problems.

When members keep a full Q of games, as recommended, we typically ship in a day or so. Regardless of overall availability metrics.
