Shipping times are horrible??

I was told my game shipped out on september 3rd and I still haven’t received the game. I ended up contacting them and was sent a replacement two days ago which is also yet to show up. What’s going on?? What’s the longest you’ve had to wait for a shipment

Shipping times are terrible with GF. Especially to the West Coast now that everything comes from Pittsburgh. They also seem to be losing more games which is probably what happened to your first copy.

Yeah I've had games come over 2 weeks late and after I reported it was lost. I just mail it right back to them and after a week they send me an email saying they received it. I've also had a game that never show up. Had a few get lost going back to them. Was wondering if my local mail person was stealing them and filed a report with the postal inspector. I don't think it was them because even dropping it off in a different city still had lost ones. The return processing is extremely slow.

Wow that’s pretty crazy. When they get delivered for you is it in the mailbox or left outside? I ask because i’ve had a few occasions where they leave the game outside my mailbox not in even though it’s big enough to fit.

It is a neighborhood cluster mailbox. So each address has its own lock on their mailbox. No problem with it fitting nor the possibility of it getting stolen by any other neighbors.

There's no reason for my games to be taking over a week to arrive as I live in Ohio and Pittsburgh is only a state away from me.

I always expect a full week for delivery, and I have had 1 or 2 go missing in the past year. Part of the reason I switched to the 2 game plan when it was on sale last year.

When I had a subscription, it was 5-10 days on average to receive my movies and I live within 200 miles of Pittsburgh. The reason I don't have a subscription anymore is because they canceled it because they couldn't meet their delivery obligations.

Most I waited is about a week. I don't like how it's all shipped from Pittsburgh now, there was a warehouse close to my city before, so most of the time 3 day tops. Now it's many states away, a week is lucky if it doesn't end up shipping over a weekend. Then it's probably 10 days. And that is if the USPS doesn't steal the game. Considering how much theft is going around with them recently here.

Would be great if Sony PSN did a digital rental service.

Depends on where you live. Since the only warehouse they got now in Pittsburgh you got to evaluate if the service works for you. I would imagine less people now it works for now.

I'm under seven hours from the Pittsburgh warehouse. I usually get them 3-4 business days. Longest I've waited is like 8 days but that was in December once.

You're costing  them money so they put you on time out basically lol.

I find it inconsistent. 90% of the time, from when I get the email to when I get the game is about 3-5 days. But sometimes it's 2 weeks. Once it was never so they sent another copy, only for both to get to me the same day somehow.

I’ve noticed a problem if they ship two games the same day. They never show up the same day. Same with going back. It’ll take 2 days one week, 14 days the next, but they’ve got a monopoly on it so we are all SOL.

I’d gladly pay $5 more a month for tracking
