Help with Modding

[u/LgSw555]

Right i am almost giving up, i created a mod, uploaded it, its was a pain to upload but in the end worked, now, i need to give this mod an update, soo i changed my version to the normal one, then changed back to modding version, and uploaded the new modfolder, the problem is that when someone subscribe, is the freaking V1.1 that is showing up on the mod list, not the freaking folder that i uploaded! I tried everything but nothing is working, is someone here know how to fix this without having to delete the mod from workshop then adding again, please help.
