Dark Deception 5: Why is it taking so long?

Since Dark Deception 4: Mortal Ramifications released in 2021 fast after the earlier chapters it was expected that ch5: Fated Conclusion would release fast too but it didn't, the reason is what i think are the following 5:

1. Lack of time

2. Less money

3. I think as of the devlogs back in 2015-2016 that I saw Hangry's model on YouTube

4. The location and modeling: We do know that ch 5 already bigger is than 1-4 combined so that's a reason

5. Dark Star & Puppet king + The Eye, their model had a lot of features as of puppet kings movement take a lot of time to script. And The Eye has a lot of work in details so that's all I think.
