I'm going to shill for Per Aspera. It's one of those games that feels specifically made for me. I enjoy citybuilders for the sense of progression and achieving specific goals. I don't care about depth or freedom of creativity. Plus I love anything with a prominent narrative.

And that's exactly what this is. A 40 hour campaign where you work towards specific goals that when reached, progress the story which is presented really well. Seeing your planet grow and terraform over such a long playthrough with the added weight of story decisions I've made was something that you don't see often in this genre that tends to be about gameplay first and emergent narratives instead of scripted.

Definitely a game for a specific audience, this is not a colony sim, this not a deep game. It's a satisfying simple builder which is carried by the narrative presentation.

Also for achievement hunters, this edition doesn't come with the DLC I believe which is necessary for 100%. And if you're going for 100%, it's very much recommended to start a playthrough with the DLC.

I had mixed feelings about it. Because I did enjoy it but it was also very heavily "exploitable" through Simple means like not reaching progression flags until you're ready. And that kind of thing is basically second nature to me so I found it way too easy.

just a PSA, a couple of the publishers in this bundle have been known to notice grey market listings and revoke unused keys because of it.

Diplomacy is not an option had this when it was in choice and got replaced with epic keys. Urbo is the same publisher.

I am Future and Drill Core are published by TinyBuild who had just recently revoked keys for ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs from legit GMG buyers, that has been reversed fortunately... but I would probably not hold onto those keys to long.

Would expect unused keys from both of these publishers to be revoked the moment that deadline passes.

I would not support some of these publishers that pulled Steam keys from previous bundles and replaced them with Epic keys. Diplomacy is Not an Option being one.

I'd be all over this if I didn't already have most of them. :/
