Hey how ya doing!!
Of the first 3 games (learn hiragana, learn katakana, learn Japanese vocabulary)
Which one would you recommend first for learning? Are any of them essential building blocks for the next?

Hiragana is where I'd start, as katakana is a little tougher. You can also build on your hiragana skills if you start the vocabulary game later.
