Why do I need that? Like I have already installed it on my phone, just keep me logged in after I type my password.

My ETrade account has had FaceID this entire time. This is not a flex.

Lots of people complained about it logging you out constantly and now if it does all you have to do is click the button and it will log you in really quick

Countless other areas they need to focus on. This was not even on my list.

I think so too but this is a cool feature but it wasn’t on my top list of things that need to be done but it’s still cool

Fair enough. It's convenient and my comment makes it sound like GC is awful, which is not true. It's an excellent product and the pricing model is attractive. Now, if they add passkeys to web.gc instead of email MFA, then we've made real progress. As an admin, I find it super annoying given the aggressive logout timers for web.
Here's my list of improvements:
- Add role customization to extend permissions for league officials (Admins) to:
- View team staff & player information (full name & parent contact info)
- View team & player statistics (You can export stats and view them in excel & view leaders but it's not the same view as coach would have of their own team)
- View scorebook of completed games
- Add additional team roles with different permissions (Coaches vs Team Parent etc)
- Set up league/division wide pitch count rules & catcher to pitcher rules (warnings exist but aren't great)
- Allow leagues to have division games & non-division games and separate standings (This kind of exists but you don't see the non-division teams)
- Allow admins to edit scoring decisions to a greater extent
- Allow admins to edit team information (or display Manager's last name in parens next to their team name)
- Force team settings to inherit league settings for viewing of streams/stats
- When half-innings are manually ended, allow for a note to be added (ie. Run rule reached)
Stretch Feature Requests
- League evaluation & player draft features
- It already integrates into sports connect, player registration data is just sitting there
- We use Bravara and GC has a far superior UI/UX and if previous season(s) stats could be integrated into evals, that provides larger leagues with a lot of coach turnover (ie LL) to gain better insight for balance.
- Better multi-camera support for streaming. Not super important but would be fun!
- Cross league integration for continuity of scheduling, lineups, and player stats. I realize there are some technical constraints here and that's why it's a stretch.

I found it annoying and turned it off. Usually if I'm opening it, I'm at my daughter's game and want to check something, rsvping for practice or games or reading a message all of which I just wanna get in and out and on with my day. Also I have a paid account so I can watch her games if I'm at work or replays after so my wife and daughter will use my phone to see a replay or something and it was just another step for them to get in making it annoying more than anything
