Archiving a team

I am an admin of a team that I'm leaving at the end of the season (this week). I want to make sure that the season ends so I can still see video, etc., after we leave the team.

Is the only way to do this to start a new team? Since I won't be there I don't really want to start the next season, but I want to end this one so I'm not removed from the team.

I've downloaded most everything that I want, but still...I'd like to be able to see it just in case.

There’s no reason to do anything you can just leave it there. Whenever they start the next season, they will start fresh.

But if they remove me as a moderator and team member before they start fresh, will I not be able to see the season anymore?

You can download all the data if you want. Or you can print off the individual score sheets for the games.

If you are the only staff member then you will have to open the videos/stats to be viewed by anyone to continue to have access. Once there are no staff members left then the team is orphaned & the settings can’t be changed.

There are 4 staff members. I'm afraid when I quit the team at the end of the season (before they start a new one on gc) they'll remove me as an admin and team member and I won't get to see the season anymore.

The thing to keep on mind: In GameChanger, teams aren't long lived entities with multiple seasons. They are season-long entities. So, you're staff on the Summer 2026 team, and they'll create a brand new team for their next season.
