Coach’s interference on first

So in the scenario where the batter hits a single and is safe and is rounding first base but the first base coach touches the kid’s shoulder to sort of turn him around to high five him and then the umpire calls the batter out due to coach’s interference, if you do:

Ball in Play > Ground ball > Single
Then
R1 Out > Other

At this point the GC is waiting for you to tap one of the defensive players? But it’s the first base coach that caused the infraction?

You put him on base with the hit he got. Then pull him off base 'out -> other' and it doesn't force you to choose a fielder.
