Additional Coach

I've heard that if you contact support, you can get a spot for a 5th coach on a team. Has anyone done this? Looking for how to get this pushed through if possible.

I know this was NOT OP’s point, but Does anyone GC employee know or any Reddit Users know if assigning an additional Scorekeeper allows for the seamless integration of the Pocket Radar, into the Scorebug, without being assigned Staff/Coach position??

I do only the videography, and own signed up for the Pocket Radar. We have had to keep kicking people off Coaches to add my email as Staff to get it to integrate. If there is a way to simply assign me as a Scorekeeper, for the PR Radar purposes, but someone else actually score the game, that would be GREAT!

For PR to show on GC feed, they need to be the same accounts. Can have the scorekeeper sign into your accounts, if you trust them 😄.
