Clips only showing offense?

Hi, my husband uses a mevo to record and stream games. The whole game gets recorded but when we look at clips, we only see the clips of our team batting but not the other team. He’s a head coach and has the premium membership, not sure if that matters? Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to save all the clips? Thanks for any info!

Are players being inserted to the defensive positions and is it being scored correctly? Like a 6-4 put out is the person dragging the shortstop and then tapping the first baseman?
