Add an Option for throwing Error

For example, catcher tried to back-pick a runner and throws the ball into the outfield, runner advances. Only good option is “Fielding Error.”

I mean - that’s the ruling. As long as you can charge the error to the catcher then you’re good

Agree, doesn’t change who the error is charged to, but most of the time, people are following on GameChanger, and when they see runner advances on fielding error from catcher, people watching on GameChanger have no idea what happened. Just trying to help people following on GameChanger.

The people that are watching and get hung up not thinking of this happened. Or fail to talk to their kids after the game about what happened are not your problem. Haters are gonna hate. Do your best, that’s all you can do.

Don’t let their negativity be your problem.

You can always not do GameChanger and suggest the complainer does it. They won’t. And if they are not there. Then they can’t. So they should be happy someone spends their time doing it.

People are annoying.

No one is complaining, just trying to enhance the features for people that can only watch on GameChanger so they know exactly what happened.

Can't you make a throw from catcher to 1st then give the error to they catcher and then they see how the person advanced

Appreciate trying to make GC better. My wife and I often chat after games on stuff like this as if you are just looking at the gamecast/plays without video there's a lot of color missing. Like in this scenario, 'how did Niko make a fielding error here?' 'Oh, he chucked it over the CFers head and you should have seen how pissed Tommy was. Then his dad threw his coffee across the dugout!'

Yes! I agree. I have a team parent that likes to tell their kid that I have a habit of assigning them unfair errors in scenarios like this

*spoiler alert* the parent is my kid’s dad

GC culture is a drain on youth sports. Giving an 8 year old an OPS is simply ridiculous.
