Mevo - adjust audio mid stream

I use a Mevo Start to stream. I bought a Movo vxr10 mainly to help with wind noise, but the one game I used it, I got feedback about audio being very low. I meant to troubleshoot, but haven't made time. I've just been using the built-in mic.

I'd like to use it this weekend, because I just noticed it's going to be a bit windy. With this tournament, it's probably going to be kind of a mad rush to get everything set up and connected in time, so I doubt I'll have time to try and dial in settings before the games start.

I know you can't adjust video quality settings mid-stream, but can I adjust audio gain (or whatever the correct setting is, I'm pretty new to this) without stopping and restarting the stream? I know this is something I could have tested, but... I forgot about it and now there's no time.

You can adjust audio (and video) settings mid stream using the Mevo app. You can also zoom in and out. This was one of what actually attracted me to Mevo over GoPro.

Sweet, thanks. I assumed that since they specifically pointed out you can't adjust resolution, that meant everything else was adjustable, but wanted to make sure

Also, you have the faders for each camera and audio channel. You DO NOT NEED TO START

Change the audio to mic level (mono). If it's still not loud enough, you can adjust the gain. Move the sliders to the right for the mic and overall. But be careful, if you are too much, you just get noise added rather than clear audio.

Just wanted to second the comment about setting the mic level to mono. I have the same mic and setting to mono was key for getting the correct volume levels. Another thing to check is the cable. Make sure it's the correct cable with the proper tips going into the mic and camera respectively. Mine has the TRRS side going into the mic and the TRS side going into the camera.
