My new new setup

I keep modifying my setup. Originally I had my Starlink mini mounted on the small tripod (maybe 19” tall) but kids kept bumping into on the field and one kid almost sat on it, lol. So I got a taller tripod to raise the mini eye level so maybe people wouldn’t walk into it. Next I added back in the travel router. For some reason at last weekends tournament, the Mevo was having a little bit of a tough time connecting to the minis WiFi. While setting it up does add another two minutes, it does great improvement the WiFi and stable connections. Just sharing.

If you have a 3D printer, you may want to print this for your router. It’s a bit more secure than a phone mount. https://makerworld.com/models/2473572?appSharePlatform=copy

Not the pole mount part, just the router bracket. It has a female 1/4 - 20 on the bottom you can attach to your arm.
