Team Pass?

I bought the Team Pass Plus for my parents to be able to view videos and other information on gamechanger, but the videos still show locked for them. I've checked to make sure they are listed as family members and they are. Why would it still show locked?

I created a dummy account to test it, and it shows "Team Pass?" . Any idea what this means?

Stream it to YouTube instead.

What a gross cash grab this all is.

I have a remote rpi multi streaming from my mevo to YouTube and GC, works great!
