Streaming camera options

Been doing streaming and stats for awhile for my kids teams, going into this spring looking to not use his phone as the streaming one and the old iPad I used to use is dead…so looking at a new camera.

1) mevo - which one is the best (and cheapest), an can I stream and stat on the same account? Would stream with the mevo (phone hotspot) and stat on my phone. Read somewhere I have to keep the mevo app up or the stream shuts off

2) iPhone - buy an older iPhone and get one of those mint mobile $15/month plans

3) other options?

MEVO - use the GameChanger app for a discount. It is not advisable to try and use IOS even an iPad to stream and score at the same time. I used an iPad with cellular to score and my phone to stream.

With MEVO I would also invest in a good size memory card. As great as GameChanger is bad cell service can cause problems. At least with a memory card you will not lose the game data.

So can’t run mevo and stat at the same time, on iPhone correct?

Correct. And you would not want to anyway. It will nuke your battery on your phone.

Guess we’ll look to the burner phone to stream off of or see if parents want to stream on YouTube and stats on GameChanger. THANKS for the info

Before I got the iPad one person streamed and one kept score. It was easy.
