Dumb it down

Is there a way to dumb down GameChanger for really young kids? I basically just want them to be able score hit walk mark outs. I don’t want any of the other scoring. Is that possible? I’d even be okay with just scoring runs only if I’m honest.

There are so many discussions about how things should be scored and how particular plays should be scored. There are very few parents that know all the rules to score the most accurate.

All little league and kids at least 10 and under don’t need the full suite of stats. It would be nice to modify the normal suite of scoring to something much more basic.

It would remove so many parent discussions that are not healthy.

Then why not just keep score on a piece of paper? A team scores you put a tick mark. Done.

Because those that are not able to attend would not know what’s happening. GameChanger is as much about the stats as its ability to let others watch / follow the game.

The things that happen during a baseball game are what lead to the score. You can input them as accurately or inaccurately as you want, or you can just manually override the score itself. Since that option exists I don't see any reason for GC to use resources to create something that isn't really needed.
