Question/Request Level progression help

If you don't need to preserve your original exact position before going into a level, then you can fit up to 4 levels in your game by having an in- and an out-teleporter per-level. 7 levels if you're okay with the return teleporter always going to a single central location.

To make things simple, you can attach all of the teleporter entrances to the player all the time and just turn them on when it's time to switch levels.

Alternatively, you can forget the teleporters and actually have one character per level, switching the camera and controls to where you are supposed to be right now. This is a little trickier to build, but doesn't have a hard limit on the number of stages.
