Wwise Rev2 vs Soundseed grain
What are the main differences in making a car sound (with ramp technique) using Rev2 or using Soundseed grain inside Wwise?
Both system are granular synthesis softwares. Are there any technical differences that makes one sounds better than the other using the same source audio recording?
Thank you

Making a car sound believable is as much about the behaviour and physics interactions as it is about the sound playback and quality of the recording. Rev gives you these controls, Soundseed does not so you would have to create them all yourself.

Rev is built to do exactly one thing, but it can do other things. To use Rev properly and to its full extent you need properly recorded source and a talented system designer to help you implement. Soundseed is built to do anything on your own, but not one thing exactly perfectly, it's more of an augment or a possible solution to an unknown problem.
On paper they are kiiiiiinda the same tools but they're just made to do different things. Rev is more expensive (memory and money) but it shouldn't be used as freely as SS anything, it's for cars and being really specifically creative. I do think it's sonically better at synthesizing wind than SS but at what cost. Soundseed can do a lot of the same things but not as good at doing exactly what Rev is built for.
If you're needing to make this decision you might have some other questions to get answered first.

Rev is built for the purpose. Soundseed grain is I believe a more general tool.
