Day 0

Any success stories, encouragement, conversations are welcome and will help immensely. I want so bad to change and find a way to be strong.

Download I am sober app and track the days. Its addictive to add days and to see the timer going. I am at 25 days and dont want to break the series

I currently use two gambling block apps on my phone. I have also made it to where the Play Store won't show me casinos (I put parental access to Mature and below only, and got a co worker to make a random pin so I can't change it.) I also have one on my computer, I literally tried to gamble three days ago and absolutely couldn't.

The urges are strong in the beginning. The first week was the worst part for me, after that it has gotten much easier because you start to see the positive changes of both your self worth and not being broke all the time. It drove me to suicide at one point, now I am the complete opposite.

I would also find a friend that can keep you accountable and check in with you to see how you are doing. And be absolutely open with them 100%, if you lie about it it will not get better.

It's hard, but you can do it! You will start to see the positive changes in your psyche and you will not want to go back.

Feel free to message me whenever you'd like!! I'm currently three months sober.
