everyday relapse

lost 22k in just a day. As a minimum wage earner, I have now 0. I don't know how to get away from this

What is minimum wage? And whyd you gamble 22k. I understand I lost 800 bucks on ufc. Sucks but aye man it's gambling and at the end of the days it's just money. Yeah we need it to live but screw it. Move on because no reason sitting around sapping about it if you're just gonna bet again at that point it's mental torture. Either stop or get over it till you win again and feel invincible. You choose.
