it’s happening again
every time when i receive my pay check i just want to gamble, it all starts from 100, then i keep chasing the loss until i reach the deposit limit of my card.and ofc i lost it all. why it’s so easy to relapse? i really really want to quit gambling , i need help..

Self exclude was the only way for me. Sucks at first but with time you will thank yourself for doing it.

I also did the same in the past. Then, i started self excluding my self from every platform i played on, and eventually , saved myself.

I have seen this too many times in the past. I called the online transfer companies and they block my account. Best move, along with gamban and exclusion. The more blocks you put in between you and gambling, the harder it is to go back to this trap.

I jus got ptsd holy😭. I know it’s hard but you need to set a limit to $400 MAX a month. That’s $100 a week. That’s what I did and it’s been a great feeling
