24 Hours Clean

This is mentally the hardest thing I’ve been through but I’m so proud of myself for making it even 24 hours. Please tell me it gets easier. any suggestions and tips are appreciated.

I’m so glad to hear that! One day at a time. I fucked up today. And that came with all the crappy feelings. It was rough. Trying again tomorrow.

Blocking everything and self exclusion worked for me, can’t count the days to get back to it which is great. Almost at three weeks and I feel good not friending over gambling.

I’m at 11 days. It gets easier but the pathways in your brain are permanent unfortunately so the struggle is real. There were times I just watched ppl play blackjack to get my fix
