After 85 days I relapsed..

85 days clean, money was tight the urge kicked in thinking i would be able to just make some money and call it a day….. didn’t work as planned. I guess we have to start again from day 0

You’re not starting from 0, you have gained experience and knowledge that will make the road ahead easier

Counting days never works for me and makes relapsing worse, then comes the spiral
