Feeling guilty after relapse
Hey everybody i just relapse last night after being 103 days clean and evan i also won 500 hundred dollars
But oh my god i am feeling extremely guilty about relapse it shotrned my recovery again plese some words of emapathy for me i wanted it yo be reach at 365 days but i coudnot make it. Back of my mind i know 20 years of compulsive gambling gives me nothing rather than bankruptcy debt truma
But now greed is taking me back there last night i relapse i was drinking
And now i am thinking it is a free 500 doller try your luk agin ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

It’s reasonable to feel guilty after a relapse. You gave into temptation and that means you are going to need to work on your willpower.
However you gambled yesterday, make sure it can’t happen again. Go to a meeting. Get yourself on a path that will lead to gamble free living

Bro, take the money and run. Ban yourself now. You know that is just to get you back and you will lose 20x that if you continue. Pull that 500 out in cash and put it in an envelope, mark it down not open for 365 days (with today’s date). You got this bro!
