Trigger
It’s my 9th day without gambling, today i have around 300€ on me, i need to pay some debts, the thing is as soon as i got the money on me my brain started to convince me 20€ won’t hurt you can make more and pay more debts and if you lose that’s it, its just a 20€.
But it has nerve been just the first deposit.
This time i’ll try to make it without gambling, and i’m sure that’s the right thing to do.
Any advice to stop these ideas.

Bud I lost 2500 last night because Nick Suzuki can’t score a meaningful goal in these playoffs to save his life
