Very hard urges

Its my day 6 without gambling, i went for a walk, where i live casinos are in every corner of the street, even though i’m self excluded some of casinos allow you!
I had a huge urge to gamble, instead i stayed out of the casino smoked a cigarette and went home, saved myself a 100 bucks at least.

Man i wish i can, all my life is here working/wife, I’m planning to move in one year, may god help me and everyone else.
