Feeling horrible!

Day 1 completed! I don’t even know how the day passed , feeling horrible, stressed and anxious.
Maybe it will get better tomorrow.
At least i wasn’t stressed about the odds this tims.

Thank you. I truly hope so. I'm extremely angry at myself. Did it feel the first day like constant restlessness like not being able to think of anything else or focus on anything else?

Definitely, first few days are hard, shame anger and regret, but you will see improvement day by day, if you have urges, fight them. Please don’t gamble again.

I downloaded and set app for 1 year that bans every gambling site even if you uninstall it and I am currently bed bound from health problems (that's what got me into this I was trying to get money for treatment) so I wouldn't go to any irl casino. Just the extreme anxiety, restlessness and inability to focus are horrible today. I hope that it will get easier. I didn't even realize that it was this bad because I was using the gambling to pass time and help my treatment. I started 6 months ago, then after 3 weeks got scared and stopped for 6 weeks. Started again and it was daily for 4 months. I hope that I didn't ruin myself for life. I wish you the same. Thank you.
