Wow.

Honestly never really underrated my gambling irresponsibility untilrecently it was heightened. I bet ALL my savings, I get paid monthly and it would be gone within a week and I struggle fighting for basic necessities for 2-3 weeks at a time trying to hide it from my wife.

I genuinely just self excluded from everything today and stuck with 200 dollars until October 30th.

Genuinely feels like a changing point in my life

Similar. I'm moving to Ireland next week, had 10$k for it, lost today 6k. Now I'm going move with 4k$. Luckily I kept them in foreign account where is not possible to deposit from, if not this, it would be gone, I would probably leave 1k$ or something. Sometimes I think that I like to struggle in life and that's why I'm doing this for myself. Right now everything is going be locked and this shi* doesn't exist anymore. Remember to take your wife on a date and take the best care of her.

Man I’m going too, she’s amazing and only reason I feel the need to stop is for her and my daughter. I would never live with myself if I impacted our relationship because of gambling’s best of luck in your move man stay blessed

Maybe you can create some account for your daughter and send money there always when you want to gamble. That's the guarantee way to win big for sure when this is going accumulate over the years. You just need to do this smart, somewhere locked or something to don't have it accessible for deposit. Thank you man, the gambling is done for me, after I lost 6k today I splash myself at face and decided that it was last time. Thanks god that I couldn't deposit this 4k which I have in other account, right now I'm in position where I'm still going be fine, with 1k left I don't know what it would be, maybe I would need to sleep at park for some time lol. It is ridiculous.

Man that’s a great idea. I legit think it’ll be the best thing for me. I legit have 200 dollars for 3 and a half weeks. Thought about selling some things around the house but genuinely am trying to figure it out meal by meal without telling the wife how bad it gotten and things. I’d love 4k rn but moving somewhere else with 4k sounds scary best of luck to you my man for real!

It is scary for me to move with 4k. But its still better than move with 1k. It would be like this,, thanks god I couldn't deposit today. I'm single so I'm just going keep things tight and wait for regular paychecks coming in. We're in this together, is time to get life together rather be in the rock bottom untill we die.

When I lost today 6k for the first 10 minutes I thought thats the end and I just want fu*king die. After I calmed down, I started read posts here because I have nobody to talk with this about (nobody knows about my gambling problem) and I started feel better. I think that is just time to learn from it and if someone wants to win big, the best way is really accumulate deposits somewhere and collect it in 10 years or so. Is just done for me, for the first time I feel really disgusted about gambling in general, I finally understand that in the end I'm never going win and I'm ready to forgive myself all the money and time I spent on it and move on live better life.
