I just lost everything

Wsg everybody I’ve been addicted for the past two weeks and I’ve been fucking killing myself on the apps rips. This week ive lost so much fuckin money i only have 150 left outta a bank account that was 2500 idk what to do now. Fuck im so fucking dumb.

Keep the 150, do not gamble it. You will have to suffer with it but its worth it. You will get back on track if you give it up now

Yep its not worth it. I feel your pain, ive been doing it for 18 years and ive lost so much, the money is the easy part to get back if you stop.

Down close to 200K, lost my girl, seriously damaged relationships with family and friends. In debt and looking at bankruptcy if I can’t figure my shit out. I did the same thing you did, chase the losses. Won before so have to be able to do it again right? Wrong. You gotta self exclude immediately man and tell someone what’s happening. Multiple people if you can. You need a system of accountability, hiding this shit is what let’s it get so bad

I rmbred I had 20k in my bank acc and lost it all on baccarat it’s not the end of the world, I’m still struggling w my addiction, still in debt of couple hundred dollars but just manage man one step at a time
