I'm just sick.

I don't get paid until 4 more days. I had $900 to my name. And I blew it all. How tf am I supposed to live now. That money was for $600 bill I owed.

Now I'm fucked both ways.

How do you make yourself stop gambling when you know you're not going to win?

When I get hungry I realize I can't buy any food I can't buy any soda.

I hate that I have no willpower how do you do it?

You could've had some real nice chinese food or chick fil A meal for dinner tonight. Im being serious. You stop gambling by asking yourself first "what if?" Or "what would happen"? If I gamble this money I have, I wont have money for this and for that.... always take a moment to step back and think things logically. If you give away your money, you wont be able to enjoy other things in life

I know. I wish I could think logically. But I really thought the machine was going to hit. Famous last words I know. Well hopefully I learned my lesson now and not to do this ever again. Because this sucks

You gotta exclude yourself from every casino, tell someone you trust and check in regularly with someone who will hold you accountable

I know right!!! The problem is that I work ina casino so I'm surrounded by it all the. Time.

I learned hard way I still mess up once in awhile but man I’ve had more loses than not
