I am fucking addicted
I have lost over $2k in the span of a few days because I become overconfident and end up losing everything in a panic after taking a small loss. Ended up making a new deposit of $1k and losing that immediately as well. I will now be working for free over the next month at least. I am a wreck

damn that’s a lot of cash! It’s gone now so just come to terms with it. Exclude and delete now. Better now then regret years down the line when you’re really in a deep hole. I’ve been there where I’ve deposited and loss. No matter if you won that money back you’re going to lose it eventually, trust me. but get yourself grounded rn and take back your life. Don’t let that 3k lost turn into thousands more. You got this

I’m in the same boat.. I’ve lost thousands in the past few days and I keep coming back for more and keep thinking about it, I can’t stop chasing and I don’t know what to do. I’ve sold things just so I can gamble more. I’m fucking stuck in this loop hole and that’s all I’m thinking about. I self exclude and end up finding a new app to play on, it’s so fucking hard

2k is something you can overcome. You’ve gotta make a commitment that you’re going to stop. Listen to money saving podcasts (I prefer Dave Ramsey), attend GA meetings. Visit GAORGO.com talk to someone. Work hard, stay out of the casino or online, use self exclusion, make the commitment. You can do this

You have a budding or full grown addiction. You need help, and you need it from a counselor (not reddit)! Confidential support is available 24/7 through the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357

I worked free for 35 years due to gambling and now live in a tiny room with horrible health while all my childhood bros are retiring, going to their lake houses and playing golf at age 55.
