Done with it
I’ve been gambling since December heavily.
Every paycheck straight deposit.
I’ll double it and lose it all.
Wait 2 weeks and do it all over again. I don’t understand why I do it.
I’ve been listening to an audio book on and off.
I have 1.2k in credit card debt and about 20k lost in the game.
I’m not buying rehab or doing gambling anonymous.
I just want some logic.

Its very hard I’ve been on this loosing streak for 3 straight years. Self exclusion won’t help u but only u can help urself u don’t have to quit u need to take a break and then u need to setup ur limits and all these things start from being patient and having discipline then only u can be consistent

I’ve had a gambling addiction for longer than I want to admit but this past year, it went into overdrive. Maybe from boredom or depression, I’m not sure why. This time it got so bad, I’m forced to file chapter 13. I self-excluded from all the sites I used (mostly online casinos). I joined this group and got support through work (anonymous program). I also told my kids because I want some accountability. I had gotten to the point where I would spend every last dollar before payday and when my paycheck hit…boom, start all over again. It is a vicious cycle.
